We use a small set of first-party cookies so the site works and so we remember your choice. Measurement and ads cookies wait for you. Right now the marketing tag container is not live, so third-party analytics and ads tags do not load even if you click yes, until we configure a real container.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. Similar tools (local storage, pixels) are treated the same way here. Some are needed for the site to work. Others measure use or help ads. We ask before those extra ones run.
2. How we use them
Necessary
These run the banner, remember your cookie choice, keep a login session on the product, and help security. They do not require consent.
Analytics (optional)
If you allow analytics, we may measure how the site is used (pages, campaigns) through Google Tag Manager once a live container is configured. Until then, allowing analytics does not load Google Analytics.
Marketing (optional)
If you allow marketing, ads tags configured in Tag Manager (for example Google Ads or similar) may run. That can be "sharing" under California law. You can say no. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing (marketing cookies off). We do not sell personal information for money.
Fonts
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log the request (including IP address) under Google’s terms. That is how the pages are designed today.
3. Cookie list
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| pw_consent | Necessary | Stores whether you allowed analytics and marketing cookies | 12 months |
| pw_attr_first / pw_attr_last | Necessary (first-party) | Remembers first and last campaign click (UTM and click IDs) so we know which public page led to a waitlist or contact form. Not used to show you ads by itself. | 90 days |
| Product session cookies | Necessary | On web.tutelium.com and login hosts: keep you signed in and secure the session. HttpOnly cookies. Not used for ads. | Session or as needed for the login |
| Google Tag Manager / GA4 / ads cookies | Analytics or marketing (consent) | Only if a live GTM container is configured and you consent. Names and periods then follow Google’s or the ad network’s documentation. | Not in use until a live measurement container is configured |
4. California sale / sharing
Attribution cookies store click IDs (for example gclid) on our domain. We do not send them to an ads network unless marketing cookies are on and a live tag is configured. If that later happens, treat it as sharing you can opt out of in cookie settings or via GPC. Details: Privacy Policy, Sale and sharing.
5. Change your mind
Open cookie settings any time. Turning extra cookies off does not erase copies already sent to a vendor. You can also delete cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies can break login.
