Our mission
Financial management at nonprofits and churches often rests on the shoulders of a few volunteers, with limited time and significant responsibility. Tutelium makes that work simple, secure and reliable, so attention can go back to the organization's mission instead of its paperwork.
Why we exist
Treasurers deserve tools that think alongside them. Existing bookkeeping software is built for accountants or for-profit businesses, not for the board of a nonprofit or church. We're building a platform that truly understands how nonprofits operate: from funds and cost centers to approval flows, sign-off, and compliance.
Built with the field
We're pre-launch and developing Tutelium in close collaboration with treasurers of nonprofits and churches, as well as financial controllers. Every feature is tested against how things actually work in practice. That way we don't build features for their own sake, but solutions for real tasks and real concerns.
What we stand for
You stay in control
AI supports and suggests; you decide and approve. Solon works for you, not instead of you.
Secure and transparent
US-based hosting, encrypted storage, and clarity about what happens with your data. Language models never get access to your books.
Built for nonprofits
Funds, cost centers, the dual-control and compliance: built in, not bolted on.
The team
Tutelium is being built by a small, dedicated team of builders and financial specialists, together with a growing group of early adopters who help shape and test the product. [Add your team introduction or founder story here.]
Tutelium is offered by Tutelium Inc. (in formation) — a company currently being incorporated; the registration number will follow once incorporation is complete.
Help build the standard
We're looking for treasurers and controllers who want to help shape the product as early adopters. Limited spots available during pre-launch.
